VerityChain helps corporate compliance teams move vendor onboarding off email chains into an audit-grade workflow. Buyers invite suppliers with expiring magic links; vendors upload trade and labor documents; the platform fingerprints documents, runs AI-assisted extraction, fuzzy-matches entities against pluggable blacklist providers (e.g. OFAC SDN and related lists), and assigns a deterministic risk band (Clear / Review / Blocked). Compliance officers approve or reject with justification; every material action is written to an append-only, hash-chained audit ledger before success is returned. Tenants get role-based access, team invites, billing (Paystack / Flutterwave, NGN plans), and NDPA-aligned privacy/terms/DPA. Enterprise needs (SSO/SAML, residency, larger programmes) are sales-led.
