ConnectCare AI is an omnichannel AI customer care platform for businesses. Each company (tenant) gets its own workspace with a unified inbox for WhatsApp and Telegram, an AI agent grounded on their knowledge base, no-code automation flows, team roles, broadcasts, analytics, and Paystack billing.
